Users are responsible for ensuring that any data uploaded to Console is collected and used lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other local data protection laws. Subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credits grant access to platform features as described at the time of purchase. Credits are consumed when verification jobs are created and are non-refundable once used. Console reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, attempt to exploit the platform, or violate these terms. By accessing or using Console, you agree to these terms and acknowledge responsibility for how validation results are applied.
